Sephora Dallas, TX is hiring a Beauty Advisor (part-time, Flex) — hourly $19.80–$22.90/hr; deliver personalised beauty consultations at Dallas Galleria.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalised consultations and product recommendations across makeup, skincare and fragrance to meet individual client needs.
- Demonstrate product expertise and educate clients on application techniques, routines and ingredient benefits.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of beauty trends, new product launches and in-store promotions to provide relevant guidance.
- Drive sales performance by meeting or exceeding individual KPIs and contributing to store targets.
- Support merchandising, inventory management and ensure the sales floor is clean, well-stocked and visually compelling.
- Provide outstanding customer service while fostering an inclusive, collaborative environment and adhering to company policies.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated ability to deliver excellent client service in retail, hospitality or other client-facing environments.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport and long-term client relationships.
- Passion for beauty, current trends and a willingness to learn and share product knowledge.
- Reliable availability for retail peak hours, including nights, weekends and holidays, and ability to meet minimum weekly shift requirements.
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
Skills
Experience
Entry-level; previous retail, hospitality, or client-facing experience is preferred but not mandatory. Demonstrated track record of strong customer service and the ability to learn product ranges quickly.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred; cosmetology, esthetics, or beauty certifications are advantageous but not required.
