Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized, consultative beauty experiences and product recommendations tailored to each client’s needs.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs through effective clientelling, follow-up and conversion strategies.
- Demonstrate and communicate product knowledge across makeup, skincare and fragrance to educate and empower clients.
- Maintain visual merchandising, inventory accuracy and a clean, welcoming sales floor that reflects brand standards.
- Stay current with industry trends, new launches and techniques to offer relevant advice and service.
- Promote an inclusive, team-oriented environment and adhere to Sephora’s policies to ensure a safe shopping experience.
- Be available for scheduled shifts during peak retail hours including nights, weekends and holidays and meet minimum weekly hour requirements.
Qualifications
- Proven ability to deliver excellent customer service and develop strong client relationships in retail, hospitality or other client-facing roles.
- Passion for beauty, product trends and consumer education.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; team-oriented and collaborative approach.
- Reliable availability for assigned shifts (including nights, weekends and holidays) and punctual attendance.
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Entry-level role. Previous retail, hospitality or client-facing experience preferred but not mandatory; aptitude for sales and client service is required.
