Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized beauty consultations and tailored product recommendations aligned with client needs and preferences
- Demonstrate comprehensive product expertise and educate clients to empower their beauty journeys
- Monitor emerging beauty trends, techniques, and products to provide relevant and timely advice
- Drive sales results and exceed key performance indicators
- Support inventory management, merchandising, and maintain a clean, organized, welcoming store environment

Qualifications
