Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalised consultations and tailored product recommendations to meet each client’s needs and preferences.
- Demonstrate product expertise through in-store demonstrations, make-up application and educational conversations that empower clients.
- Maintain current knowledge of beauty products, techniques and market trends to provide relevant and timely advice.
- Drive sales performance by meeting individual and store KPIs, converting consultations into purchases and building repeat clientele.
- Support merchandising, inventory tasks and ensure a clean, organized and visually compelling sales floor.
- Promote an inclusive, collaborative team environment and uphold Sephora’s standards for client safety and service.
- Adhere to scheduling requirements and maintain punctual, reliable attendance including nights, weekends and holidays as required.
Qualifications
- Previous experience delivering exceptional service in retail, hospitality or client-facing roles preferred.
- Demonstrable passion for beauty, trends and client empowerment.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills with strong consultative selling ability.
- Team-oriented mindset and capacity to work in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment.
- Ability to quickly learn and share product knowledge.
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Entry-level role; prior retail, hospitality or client-facing experience is preferred but not mandatory.
