Role & Responsibilities

  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and other key performance indicators through proactive client outreach and conversion.
  • Maintain merchandising standards, support inventory activities and ensure the sales floor is clean, organized and visually compelling.
  • Work collaboratively within the store team to foster an inclusive environment and contribute to store initiatives and events.
  • Adhere to company policies and safety procedures to ensure a secure, welcoming shopping experience.

Qualifications

  • Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service in retail, hospitality or another client-facing environment.
  • Passion for beauty, current trends, and a willingness to learn and share product knowledge.
  • Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills; able to build rapport quickly with diverse clientele.
  • Reliable, punctual and able to meet the scheduling requirements for part-time roles including nights, weekends and holidays.
  • Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Experience
