Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized beauty consultations and product recommendations tailored to each client's individual needs
- Demonstrate comprehensive product knowledge and educate clients on beauty techniques and trends
- Drive sales results by meeting and exceeding performance targets and key performance indicators
- Maintain store presentation through inventory management, merchandising, and cleanliness standards
