Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized one-to-one beauty consultations and tailored product recommendations that meet individual client needs and preferences.
- Demonstrate product expertise across makeup, skincare and fragrance to educate and empower clients.
- Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of beauty trends, product launches and application techniques to provide current, relevant advice.
- Drive sales performance and achieve store KPIs through proactive client engagement and conversion strategies.
- Support merchandising, inventory activities and visual standards to ensure an organized, inviting sales floor.
- Promote an inclusive, collaborative team environment and uphold Sephora’s customer service and safety standards.
- Adhere to scheduled shifts and availability requirements, including nights, weekends and holidays, and maintain punctual attendance.
Qualifications
- Previous experience delivering excellent customer service in retail, hospitality or other client‑facing settings preferred.
