  • Deliver personalised consultations and product recommendations that align with each client’s needs and preferences.
  • Demonstrate product expertise to educate and empower clients across makeup, skincare and fragrance categories.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, new product launches and application techniques to provide relevant advice.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and store sales goals and key performance indicators.
  • Support merchandising, inventory control and ensure the sales floor is clean, organized and visually appealing.

Experience
