The part-time Beauty Advisor at Sephora’s Moore Plaza store in Corpus Christi delivers tailored beauty consultations and product recommendations, supports sales goals, inventory and merchandising, and helps maintain an inclusive, welcoming store. The permanent, hourly role requires 15–29 hours per week, with availability for nights, weekends, and holidays.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized beauty experiences through tailored consultations and product recommendations that meet each client’s needs.
- Demonstrate product expertise by sharing knowledge to educate and empower clients in their beauty journey.
- Keep up with the latest beauty products, techniques, and trends to provide relevant advice.
- Work to exceed sales goals and key performance indicators.
- Support inventory and merchandising, and maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment.
- Promote an inclusive culture where everyone feels empowered.
- Follow company policies and help create a safe, secure, and enjoyable shopping experience.
- Meet the required minimum number of weekly shifts and hours.
