Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver tailored, consultative beauty experiences through one-to-one client consultations and product recommendations
- Demonstrate product expertise and application techniques to educate and empower clients
- Achieve sales objectives and key performance indicators through proactive selling and clienteling
- Maintain merchandising standards, support inventory processes and ensure a clean, inviting sales floor
- Remain current on beauty trends, new product launches and retail promotions to provide relevant advice

Qualifications
- Entry-level retail or client-facing experience; previous experience in beauty, cosmetics, or hospitality is preferred

- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills with a client-focused approach
- Ability to learn product knowledge quickly and translate it into sales
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
