Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver personalized consultations and tailored product recommendations to meet individual client needs and build lasting relationships.
  • Demonstrate product expertise and educate clients on cosmetics, skincare and fragrance to empower purchase decisions.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets and key performance indicators through consultative selling and clienteling.
  • Maintain merchandising standards, support inventory processes and ensure the sales floor is clean, organized and visually compelling.
  • Keep current with beauty trends, new product launches and category innovations to provide relevant advice.
  • Foster an inclusive team environment and adhere to company policies to ensure a safe, welcoming customer experience.
  • Be available for scheduled shifts during peak retail hours, including nights, weekends and holidays, and maintain punctuality and consistent attendance.

Qualifications

  • Previous client-facing experience in retail, hospitality or a service environment preferred; demonstrated ability to deliver excellent customer service.
  • Passion for beauty, trends and product knowledge across makeup, skincare and fragrance.
  • Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills with a collaborative, goal-oriented attitude.
  • Quick learner able to absorb and share product information and selling techniques.
  • Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and remain on feet for extended periods.
  • Availability to work the minimum weekly hours for a part-time schedule (15–29 hrs/week) and to cover peak retail times.

Experience
