Sephora Copenhagen (Købmagergade) seeks a Part-Time Beauty Advisor — customer-facing role, 15 hrs/week, retail beauty consulting and merchandising.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver personalised customer consultations and beauty services to drive conversion and average basket value.
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure product presentation aligns with brand guidelines.
  • Manage replenishment and stock on the sales floor; receive and warehousing of goods.
  • Operate the cash register and complete point-of-sale transactions accurately.
  • Support merchandising updates and store conversions, and participate in inventory counts.
  • Keep the sales floor and product displays clean and customer-ready.
  • Contribute to store KPIs including conversion rate, items per basket, average basket and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Entry-level candidate with first retail experience or demonstrable interest in beauty, cosmetics, fashion or related sectors.
  • Strong verbal communication skills and a customer-centric approach to advising.
  • Organised, reliable and able to work effectively as part of a retail team.
  • Good knowledge of current beauty trends and product categories.
  • Fluent in English or Danish (native-level), with the ability to communicate comfortably with an international customer base.
