Sephora — Beauty Advisor (part-time) at Magasin Kongens Nytorv, Copenhagen. Provide client advice, merchandising and point-of-sale support.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalised client consultations and product recommendations at the Sephora Corner within Magasin Kongens Nytorv.
- Maintain product presentation and visual merchandising in line with brand standards and local merchandising updates.
- Operate point-of-sale systems and handle transactions accurately.
- Manage stock: receive goods, replenish the sales floor, assist with warehousing and execute inventory counts.
- Support promotional build-outs and conversion/construction of merchandising updates.
- Ensure daily housekeeping of the sales floor and product displays to uphold hygiene and presentation standards.
- Contribute to store KPIs including conversion rate, items per basket and customer satisfaction metrics.
Qualifications
- Communicative, reliable and well organised with a customer-focused attitude.
- Demonstrable interest in beauty, cosmetics or related lifestyle sectors; prior retail or advisory experience is advantageous.
- Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills; able to engage diverse clientele with a friendly, motivating manner.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and adapt to a fast-paced retail environment.
- Fluent in English or Danish (native language of the country).

Experience
Entry-level position; candidates with first experience in retail, customer advising or a demonstrated interest in the beauty sector are encouraged to apply. Prior exposure to cosmetics retail or hospitality is a plus.
Education
Secondary education or equivalent; vocational training or certification in cosmetology/beauty retail is advantageous but not required.
