The Beauty Advisor delivers tailored beauty consultations and product recommendations, shares product expertise, supports sales goals, inventory and merchandising, and maintains an inclusive, welcoming store environment. This is a permanent, part-time role requiring 15–29 hours per week, with availability for nights, weekends, and holidays; hourly pay is $18.00–$20.50.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized beauty consultations and product recommendations tailored to each client’s needs.
- Share product expertise to educate and empower clients in their beauty journey.
- Keep up with beauty products, techniques, and trends to provide relevant advice.
- Work to exceed sales goals and key performance indicators.
- Support inventory and merchandising, and maintain a clean, organized, welcoming store environment.
- Promote an inclusive culture in which everyone feels empowered.
- Follow company policies and help provide a safe, secure, enjoyable shopping experience.
- Meet the required minimum number of weekly shifts and hours, and be available during peak retail periods, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Maintain punctuality and consistent attendance.

- Previous experience and demonstrated ability to provide excellent service and develop strong client relationships in a retail, hospitality, or client-focused environment.
- Passion for beauty, trends, and empowering confidence.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a goal-oriented, inclusive environment.
- Ability to learn quickly, absorb product knowledge, and share it with clients.
- Physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
