Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized beauty consultations and tailored product recommendations to meet individual client needs
- Demonstrate comprehensive product expertise and educate clients on beauty techniques and innovations
- Stay current with evolving beauty trends, products, and techniques to provide relevant and timely guidance
- Drive sales results by exceeding performance goals and key performance indicators
- Maintain inventory, support merchandising initiatives, and ensure a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment
