Sephora — Beauty Advisor (Full-Time) in Concord, NC. Deliver personalized beauty consultations and drive sales. $18–$23/hr.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver personalized one-to-one beauty consultations and product recommendations that address each client’s needs and preferences.
  • Demonstrate deep product knowledge across makeup, skincare, fragrance and tools to educate and empower clients.
  • Stay current on beauty trends, techniques and new product launches to provide relevant, up-to-date advice.
  • Achieve sales targets and key performance indicators through proactive clienteling and conversion-focused selling.
  • Support store merchandising, inventory processes and stock replenishment to maintain a tidy, shoppable environment.
  • Ensure a safe, inclusive and welcoming shopping experience by adhering to company policies and operational standards.
  • Be available for flexible scheduling, including nights, weekends and holidays, and maintain punctuality and consistent attendance.

Qualifications

  • Proven ability to deliver excellent customer service and build strong client relationships; retail or hospitality experience preferred.
  • Demonstrated passion for beauty, trends and helping clients feel confident.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; able to consult and influence in a client-facing setting.
  • Team-oriented attitude with the ability to collaborate in a goal-driven, inclusive environment.
  • Physically able to lift and carry merchandise up to 50 pounds and to remain on feet for retail shifts.
  • Availability to meet scheduling requirements for a full-time role (30–40 hours/week) including peak retail hours.

Experience
