Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver personalized one-to-one client consultations and tailored product recommendations across makeup, skincare and fragrance.
  • Educate and empower clients by demonstrating product usage, benefits and beauty techniques to build loyalty and repeat business.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of beauty trends, new product launches and competitive offerings to ensure relevant, timely advice.
  • Drive store sales by meeting individual and team KPIs, conversion and average transaction value targets.
  • Support day-to-day store operations including merchandising, inventory management and upkeep of a clean, welcoming presentation.
  • Uphold company policies and visual/operational standards to ensure a safe, secure and enjoyable shopping experience.
  • Contribute to an inclusive team culture by collaborating with colleagues and promoting an environment of respect and belonging.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience delivering excellent client service in retail, hospitality or other client-facing environments preferred.
  • Demonstrated passion for beauty products, trends and customer empowerment.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Reliable availability for retail peak hours, including nights, weekends and holidays.
  • Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and perform standing, bending and repetitive tasks during shifts.

Experience
