Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized consultations and product recommendations to meet individual client needs and preferences.
- Demonstrate product expertise across makeup, skincare, fragrance and tools to educate and empower clients.
- Stay current with beauty trends, new launches and application techniques to provide relevant, consultative advice.
- Drive sales performance by meeting or exceeding store KPIs and conversion targets.
- Support merchandising, inventory management and visual presentation to maintain a clean, organized and welcoming store environment.

Qualifications
- Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service and build client relationships in retail, hospitality or other client-facing roles.

- Reliable attendance and flexibility to work retail peak hours (nights, weekends, holidays) and meet minimum weekly shift requirements.

Experience
Entry-level role; previous retail, hospitality or client-facing experience preferred. Demonstrated track record of excellent service, sales aptitude and the ability to adhere to scheduled shift commitments.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred; cosmetology, esthetician, or related certification is a plus.
