Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalised one-on-one consultations and tailored product recommendations across makeup, skincare and fragrance to drive client satisfaction and repeat visits.
- Educate and empower clients by demonstrating product use, techniques and benefits, maintaining up‑to‑date knowledge of trends and launches.
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets, KPIs and conversion metrics through proactive selling and follow-up.
- Support merchandising, inventory tasks and visual standards to ensure a clean, organised and welcoming selling floor.
