Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized beauty consultations and product recommendations tailored to each client's individual needs and preferences
- Demonstrate comprehensive product expertise and educate clients on beauty techniques, trends, and innovations
- Drive sales performance and exceed key performance indicators through consultative selling approaches
- Maintain visual merchandising standards, inventory organization, and a clean, welcoming store environment
