Sephora Colorado Springs seeks a part-time Beauty Advisor to deliver personalised consultations and drive retail sales.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalised in-store consultations and product recommendations that address each client's needs and preferences.
- Demonstrate product expertise through hands-on product demonstrations and explain application techniques to educate clients.
- Drive sales performance by achieving individual sales goals, conversion targets and key performance indicators.
- Maintain merchandising standards, support inventory activities and ensure a clean, organised and welcoming retail environment.
- Stay current on beauty trends and new product launches to provide timely, relevant advice.
- Contribute to an inclusive team culture by collaborating with colleagues and promoting a respectful client experience.
Qualifications
- Proven ability to provide exceptional client service in a retail, hospitality or client-facing environment (preferred for entry-level).
- Passion for beauty, trends and product knowledge with an eagerness to learn and share expertise.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable building rapport with diverse clientele.
- Availability to work retail hours including nights, weekends and holidays and meet minimum weekly shift requirements for part-time schedules.
- Physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and sustain periods of standing during shifts.

Experience
Entry-level. Previous retail, hospitality or client-facing experience is preferred but not required; on-the-job training in product knowledge and sales techniques will be provided.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
