Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalised, client-focused beauty consultations and product recommendations to build long-term relationships and repeat business.
- Demonstrate deep product knowledge across cosmetics, skincare, fragrance and tools; educate and empower clients on application and routines.
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets, KPIs and conversion goals through proactive client engagement and follow-up.
- Maintain visual standards, support merchandising and inventory processes to ensure a clean, organised and inviting retail environment.
- Remain current on beauty trends and brand launches to provide relevant advice and drive product discovery.
- Uphold company policies and contribute to a safe, welcoming shopping experience that promotes inclusivity and teamwork.
Qualifications
- Entry-level role; previous retail, hospitality or other client-facing experience preferred and demonstrable customer service aptitude.
- Passion for beauty, product trends and an eagerness to learn and share knowledge.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; team-oriented and goal-driven.
- Availability to work retail peak hours including nights, weekends and holidays; full-time availability of 30–40 hours/week.
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and perform duties that require standing for extended periods.
