Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized beauty consultations and tailored product recommendations to meet individual client needs.
- Demonstrate product expertise across makeup, skincare, and fragrance to educate and empower clients.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of beauty trends, product launches, and application techniques.
- Drive sales performance against individual and store KPIs through effective clienteling and service delivery.
- Support visual merchandising, inventory activities, and ensure the selling area remains clean, organized, and inviting.

Qualifications

- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.

Skills
Experience
Entry-level role; prior experience in retail, hospitality, or another client-facing environment is preferred but not mandatory. Demonstrated ability to deliver excellent customer service and build client relationships is valued.
Education
