  • Deliver personalized consultations and product recommendations that meet each client’s needs and preferences.
  • Demonstrate product expertise and educate clients on application techniques, ingredients and routines.

  • Drive sales and exceed individual and store performance metrics and key performance indicators.

Qualifications

  • Proven ability to deliver excellent client service in a retail, hospitality or other client-facing environment; prior beauty retail experience is preferred but not required.
  • Passion for beauty, trends and client empowerment with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Reliable availability for retail peak hours, including nights, weekends and holidays; must meet required minimum weekly shifts/hours for part-time scheduling (15–29 hrs/week).
  • Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
  • Punctuality, consistent attendance and a collaborative, goal-oriented mindset.

Experience
