Sephora in Cognac seeks a Beauty Advisor (fixed-term, 35h) to deliver expert client advice and drive sales in-store.
Role & Responsibilities
- Serve as an ambassador of the Sephora brand by welcoming, advising and building lasting relationships with clients in-store.
- Deliver personalised consultations across makeup, skincare and fragrance to convert advice into sales and develop client loyalty.
- Achieve individual and store commercial objectives through proactive selling, cross-selling and participation in promotional activities and in-store events.
- Ensure visual merchandising standards and product presentation are maintained to brand guidelines.
- Operate the point-of-sale system, manage transactions and assist in basic stock replenishment and inventory housekeeping.
- Contribute to a collaborative team environment, supporting store initiatives and participating in training and commercial challenges.

High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in cosmetics, beauty or retail is a plus.
