Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized beauty experiences and tailored consultations to meet client needs
- Demonstrate product expertise and educate clients to empower their beauty journeys
- Stay current with latest beauty products, techniques, and industry trends
- Drive sales results and exceed key performance indicators
- Support inventory management, merchandising, and maintain a clean, organized retail environment
