Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalised one-to-one beauty consultations and product recommendations aligned with each client's needs and preferences.
- Demonstrate product expertise across makeup, skincare and fragrance ranges and provide live demonstrations to educate clients.
- Stay current with category trends, launches and techniques to provide relevant advice and maintain client loyalty.
- Meet and exceed sales goals and key performance indicators through consultative selling and proactive outreach.
- Support store operations including merchandising, inventory upkeep and maintaining a clean, organised retail environment.
- Foster an inclusive, collaborative atmosphere among colleagues and uphold company standards and policies to ensure a safe shopping experience.
Qualifications
- Previous client-facing experience in retail, hospitality or a service environment; evidence of delivering excellent customer service.
- Demonstrable passion for beauty, trends and client empowerment.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills with a collaborative, team-oriented attitude.
- Ability to learn and retain product information quickly and convey knowledge to clients.
- Availability for flexible scheduling, including nights, weekends and holidays; punctuality and consistent attendance.
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
