Sephora Chur seeks a part-time Beauty Advisor (30%) to advise customers across makeup, skincare, haircare and fragrance.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide active, consultative advice to customers across makeup, skincare, haircare and fragrance departments.
- Deliver brief in-store services and sampling to enhance the client experience.
- Communicate product knowledge, trends and newness to customers and colleagues.
- Ensure product presentation and merchandising conform to visual merchandising standards.
- Maintain salesfloor availability by replenishing stock, preparing products for sale and managing the store stockroom.
Qualifications
- Comparable experience or demonstrable interest in beauty, cosmetics, retail, fashion or hospitality.
- Initial retail or customer-facing experience preferred; motivated entry-level candidates welcome.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Solid knowledge of beauty categories and current trends.
- Fluent English or native proficiency in the local language.

Experience
Entry-level role; prior retail or beauty sector experience is advantageous but not mandatory. Candidates with customer-facing experience from retail, hospitality or related fields will excel.
Education
Secondary education (high school diploma) or equivalent.
