Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized one-to-one beauty consultations and product recommendations that address each client’s needs and preferences.
- Demonstrate deep product knowledge across makeup, skincare and fragrance and share application techniques to educate clients.
- Stay current with beauty trends, new product launches and category innovations to provide relevant advice.
- Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and key performance indicators through consultative selling and clienteling.
- Support merchandising, stock management and visual presentation to maintain an organized, inviting retail environment.
- Uphold company standards, policies and loss-prevention procedures to ensure a safe and pleasant shopping experience.
- Work collaboratively within a diverse team to foster an inclusive culture and exceptional client service.
- Maintain reliable availability for scheduled shifts, including peak retail hours (nights, weekends and holidays).
Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail, hospitality or another client-facing environment preferred.
- Passion for beauty, trends and customer empowerment with strong interpersonal skills.
- Excellent verbal communication and consultative selling abilities.
- Team-oriented mindset with the capacity to learn quickly and share product knowledge.
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and perform routine retail duties.
- Punctuality and consistent attendance with flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays.

Experience
Entry-level role; previous retail, hospitality or client-facing experience is preferred but motivated candidates with demonstrable customer service skills will be considered.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
