Sephora is seeking a full-time Beauty Advisor at its Lincoln Park store in Chicago to deliver tailored beauty consultations, product recommendations, and expert product guidance while supporting sales, inventory, merchandising, and an inclusive store environment. The permanent role requires 30–40 hours per week, availability for nights, weekends, and holidays, and the ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds; hourly pay is $19.80–$22.90.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized beauty experiences through tailored consultations and product recommendations that meet each client’s needs.
- Share product expertise to educate and empower clients in their beauty journey.
- Keep up with the latest beauty products, techniques, and trends to provide relevant advice.
- Work to exceed sales goals and key performance indicators.
- Support inventory and merchandising, and maintain a clean, organized, welcoming store environment.
- Promote an inclusive culture where everyone feels empowered and collaborate with the team.
- Follow company policies and help provide a safe, secure, and enjoyable shopping experience.
- Meet the required minimum number of weekly shifts and hours, and be available during peak retail operations, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
