Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized beauty experiences through tailored consultations and product recommendations aligned with client needs
- Demonstrate comprehensive product expertise and educate clients on beauty trends, techniques, and product benefits
- Monitor and stay current with emerging beauty products, techniques, and industry trends to provide relevant, timely advice
- Drive sales results and exceed key performance indicators through expert consultations and client engagement
- Maintain inventory accuracy, support merchandising initiatives, and ensure a clean, organized, welcoming retail environment
