Role & Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized beauty consultations and tailored product recommendations aligned with individual client needs
• Demonstrate comprehensive product knowledge and educate clients on beauty techniques, ingredients, and application methods
• Monitor and apply current beauty trends, emerging products, and industry developments to provide relevant and timely advice
• Achieve and exceed individual sales goals and key performance indicators while maintaining quality client interactions
• Maintain visual merchandising standards, support inventory management, and ensure the store environment remains clean, organized, and welcoming
• Foster an inclusive team culture that celebrates diversity, supports colleague collaboration, and promotes a sense of belonging
• Adhere to Sephora policies and procedures to create a secure, safe, and enjoyable shopping experience for all clients
• Work flexible scheduling including peak retail operations, evenings, weekends, and holiday periods with reliable punctuality

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to provide excellent service and develop strong client relationships in retail, hospitality, or client-focused environments
• Passion for beauty, cosmetics, skincare, and trends with enthusiasm for empowering client confidence
• Excellent verbal and written communication with strong interpersonal and active listening skills
• Collaborative team player who thrives in goal-oriented, inclusive, and fast-paced retail settings
• Ability to quickly absorb, retain, and articulate product knowledge to diverse clientele
• Physical capability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly
• Flexibility and reliability to meet minimum weekly shift requirements and seasonal retail demands

Skills

Experience

Beginner to entry-level experience in retail, hospitality, or customer service environments. Prior beauty industry experience is advantageous but not required; enthusiasm for beauty and demonstrated service excellence are prioritized.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent; beauty or cosmetology certification is beneficial but not mandatory.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 19.80 to USD 22.90 per hour.
