Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized beauty consultations and product recommendations tailored to each client's needs and preferences
- Demonstrate comprehensive product knowledge and educate clients on beauty techniques, trends, and brand expertise
- Maintain current awareness of emerging beauty trends, products, and industry innovations to provide relevant advice
- Achieve and exceed store sales targets and key performance indicators
- Support inventory management, merchandising displays, and maintain a clean, organized shopping environment
- Foster an inclusive, collaborative team culture where all clients and colleagues feel valued and empowered
- Uphold Sephora service standards and company policies to ensure a safe and welcoming retail experience

Qualifications
