Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized beauty experiences and provide tailored consultations and product recommendations that meet each client's individual needs
- Demonstrate comprehensive product expertise and educate clients to empower them in their beauty journey
- Stay ahead of industry trends by keeping current with the latest beauty products, techniques, and innovations
- Drive sales results and exceed key performance indicators through excellent service and client engagement
- Support inventory management, merchandising, and maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment
- Foster an inclusive and collaborative team culture where all team members feel empowered and valued
- Uphold Sephora standards by following company policies and maintaining a safe, secure, and enjoyable shopping experience
Qualifications
- Previous retail, hospitality, or client-focused service experience
- Demonstrated ability to provide excellent service and develop strong client relationships
- Passion for beauty, trends, and empowering client confidence
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, goal-oriented, and inclusive team environment
- Quick learner capable of absorbing and sharing product knowledge
- Physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Availability during peak retail operations, including nights, weekends, and holidays

Experience
