Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver tailored, high-touch consultations and product recommendations that align with each client's needs and preferences.
- Demonstrate product expertise across makeup, skincare and fragrance; educate and empower clients through hands-on demonstrations.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of beauty trends, launches and techniques to provide relevant, compelling advice.
- Drive sales performance and achieve individual KPIs through proactive client engagement and follow-up.
- Support visual merchandising, inventory management and loss-prevention to ensure a clean, organized and commercially effective floor.
- Foster an inclusive, collaborative team environment and uphold company standards, policies and a safe shopping experience.
- Maintain flexible availability for peak retail hours (nights, weekends, holidays) and meet minimum weekly shift/hours requirements.
Qualifications
- Entry-level; previous customer-facing retail, hospitality or service experience preferred.
- Passion for beauty, trends and client empowerment.
- Outstanding verbal communication and interpersonal skills with a consultative sales approach.
- Ability to learn product knowledge quickly and translate it for diverse client needs.
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and to stand for extended periods.
- Reliable punctuality and availability within the required part-time schedule (15–29 hours/week).

Entry-level role; prior experience in retail, hospitality or another client-facing environment is preferred but not required.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred; cosmetology, beauty certifications or formal retail training are advantageous.
