Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized consultations and product recommendations tailored to each client’s needs and preferences.
- Demonstrate product expertise across makeup, skincare and fragrance to educate and empower clients.
- Achieve and exceed individual sales goals and key performance indicators through consultative selling.
- Maintain merchandising standards, support inventory accuracy and ensure the store environment is clean, organized and inviting.
- Stay current with beauty trends and new product launches to provide relevant, up-to-date advice.
- Foster an inclusive, collaborative team environment and uphold Sephora’s policies to create a safe shopping experience.
Qualifications
- Previous client-facing experience in retail, hospitality or a beauty environment preferred.
- Passion for beauty, trends and helping clients build confidence through product education.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills with a consultative sales orientation.
- Reliable availability for retail peak hours, including nights, weekends and holidays; ability to meet required minimum weekly shifts for a part-time schedule.
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds; punctuality and consistent attendance.

Entry-level. Previous client-facing retail, hospitality or beauty experience is preferred but not required.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred; additional beauty or cosmetology training is a plus.
