Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized one-to-one beauty consultations and tailored product recommendations to meet client needs and preferences.
- Demonstrate product expertise across makeup, skincare, fragrance and haircare; educate and empower clients on product usage and routines.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of beauty trends, product launches and techniques to provide relevant, timely advice.
- Achieve sales targets and key performance indicators through consultative selling, upselling and clienteling.
- Support merchandising, inventory accuracy and visual standards to ensure a clean, organized and inviting store environment.
- Uphold company policies and safety standards to create a secure and welcoming shopping experience.
- Contribute to an inclusive, collaborative team culture and provide reliable coverage during peak retail hours, including nights, weekends and holidays.
Qualifications
- Previous client-facing experience in retail, hospitality or a comparable service environment preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver excellent customer service and build lasting client relationships.
- Passion for beauty, trends and continuous learning.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Reliable availability for scheduled shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays.
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Entry-level role; previous retail or client-facing experience preferred but not required. Candidates should demonstrate customer service aptitude and a genuine interest in beauty.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
