Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized consultations and product recommendations to meet each client’s needs and preferences.
- Demonstrate product expertise through application, tutorials and education to empower clients’ beauty routines.
- Drive sales and meet KPIs through proactive client engagement, follow-ups and conversion of consultations into purchases.
- Maintain merchandising standards, support inventory processes and ensure the store environment is clean, organized and visually compelling.

Qualifications
- Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service and build strong client relationships in retail, hospitality or other client-facing roles (preferred).
- Passion for beauty, trends and helping clients feel confident through product education.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills with a consultative selling approach.
- Flexible availability, including nights, weekends and holidays; reliable punctuality and attendance.
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Experience
Entry-level role; previous retail, hospitality or client-facing experience is preferred and the ability to demonstrate strong client relationship building is valued.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred; cosmetology or beauty-related certification is a plus.
