Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized beauty consultations and tailored product recommendations based on individual client needs
- Demonstrate comprehensive product expertise and educate clients on beauty techniques, trends, and product applications
- Maintain awareness of current beauty trends, new product launches, and emerging techniques to provide relevant and timely guidance
- Drive sales performance and exceed established key performance indicators and sales goals
- Support inventory management, visual merchandising, and ensure the sales floor remains clean, organized, and welcoming
