Sephora in Chestnut Hill, MA is hiring a part-time Beauty Advisor to deliver consultations and sales. Hourly pay $19.80–$22.90/hr.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized, one-to-one beauty consultations and tailored product recommendations to meet individual client needs.
- Demonstrate product knowledge and educate clients on application techniques, ingredients and routines.
- Stay current on beauty trends, new product launches and category innovations to provide relevant advice.
- Achieve sales objectives and key performance indicators through consultative selling and client relationship development.
- Support store merchandising, stock replenishment and inventory accuracy to maintain an organized, visually appealing sales floor.
- Maintain a welcoming, clean and compliant retail environment that meets Sephora standards.
- Contribute to an inclusive team culture and assist colleagues to promote a positive client experience.
- Be available for flexible scheduling including nights, weekends and holidays; meet required minimum weekly shifts.
Qualifications
- Previous retail, hospitality or client-facing experience with demonstrated ability to deliver excellent customer service.
- Passion for beauty, trends and helping clients feel confident.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Collaborative team player comfortable in a goal-oriented environment.
- Quick learner able to absorb product knowledge and convey it clearly to clients.
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
- Availability to work peak retail hours and meet minimum weekly schedule requirements.

Entry-level role; prior retail, hospitality or customer-facing experience is preferred but not required. Demonstrated ability to build client relationships and meet sales goals is advantageous.
