Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver personalized consultations and product recommendations that meet each client’s needs across makeup, skincare and fragrance.
  • Demonstrate product expertise to educate and empower clients, including application techniques and regimen guidance.
  • Achieve sales goals and key performance indicators through effective client engagement and follow-up.
  • Maintain merchandising standards, support inventory processes and ensure a clean, organized, and inviting sales floor.
  • Stay current with beauty trends, product launches and brand promotions to provide relevant and timely advice.

Qualifications

Experience
