Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized beauty consultations and tailored product recommendations aligned with each client's distinct needs and preferences
- Demonstrate comprehensive product expertise to educate and empower clients in their beauty journey
- Stay current with emerging beauty trends, techniques, and innovations to provide relevant and forward-thinking advice
- Achieve and exceed established sales goals and key performance indicators
