Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalised consultations and product recommendations that address each client’s needs and preferences.
- Demonstrate product expertise across makeup, skincare and fragrance lines; educate and empower clients to make informed choices.
- Stay current with beauty trends, launches and techniques to provide relevant, timely advice.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and store KPIs through proactive client engagement and follow-up.
- Maintain store standards including merchandising, inventory support, cleanliness and visual presentation.
- Foster an inclusive, collaborative environment and uphold company policies to ensure a safe and welcoming shopping experience.
- Work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays to meet peak retail demand.
Qualifications
- Proven ability to deliver excellent client service in retail, hospitality or another client-facing environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a consultative selling approach.
- Passion for beauty products, trends and helping clients build confidence.
- Reliable availability and punctuality; able to meet minimum weekly shift requirements for part-time scheduling (15–29 hrs/week).
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds when required.
Skills
Experience
Entry-level; previous retail, hospitality, or client-facing experience preferred with demonstrated ability to build customer relationships and deliver service excellence.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
