Sephora Canada seeks a Part-Time Beauty Advisor in Chatham, ON. Hourly role (CAD 18.20–21.40/hr) focused on client consultations, product recommendations and retail sales.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver personalised consultations and tailored product recommendations to meet each client's beauty needs.
  • Demonstrate product expertise through in-store demonstrations and education to empower clients.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of beauty trends, product launches and application techniques.
  • Drive sales performance and meet assigned KPIs and conversion targets.
  • Support merchandising, inventory management and replenishment to ensure a compelling retail experience.
  • Ensure the sales floor is clean, organised and compliant with Sephora Canada standards and safety policies.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to foster an inclusive, team-oriented environment.
  • Be available for peak retail hours, including nights, weekends and holidays, and meet scheduled shift commitments.

Qualifications

  • Previous customer-facing experience in retail, hospitality or a client service environment preferred.
  • Demonstrable passion for beauty, trends and product knowledge.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills with strong client relationship capability.
  • Team-oriented mindset and the ability to perform in a goal-driven environment.
  • Quick learner able to absorb and share product knowledge effectively.
  • Availability to work nights, weekends and holidays as required by the store schedule.
  • Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Experience

Entry-level: prior retail or client-facing experience is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided.

The base compensation for this position ranges from CAD 18.20 to CAD 21.40 per hour.
