Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized beauty consultations and tailored product recommendations aligned with individual client needs
- Demonstrate comprehensive product knowledge and educate clients on beauty techniques, ingredients, and application methods
- Monitor and communicate current beauty trends, product innovations, and emerging techniques to maintain client engagement and relevance
- Contribute to sales performance targets and key performance indicators through consultative selling
- Support store operations including inventory management, merchandising displays, and maintenance of a clean, welcoming retail environment
- Foster an inclusive, collaborative team culture where all clients and colleagues feel empowered and celebrated
- Uphold Sephora standards and policies to ensure a safe, secure, and enjoyable shopping experience
