Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver tailored, consultative beauty experiences and product recommendations to each client.
- Demonstrate product expertise across makeup, skincare and fragrance to educate and empower clients.
- Achieve and exceed individual sales goals and key performance indicators through proactive clienteling.
- Maintain merchandising standards, support inventory processes and ensure a clean, organized sales floor.
- Stay abreast of beauty trends and new product launches to provide relevant advice and retain clientele.

- Be available for scheduled shifts during peak retail hours (nights, weekends and holidays).
Qualifications
- Previous retail, hospitality or client‑facing experience preferred; entry‑level candidates considered.
- Passion for beauty and trends with a desire to educate and empower clients.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable building client relationships.
- Reliable availability for the required part‑time hours (15–29 hrs/week) and peak retail periods.
- Physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Experience
Entry‑level. Prior experience in retail, hospitality or another client‑focused environment is preferred but not mandatory; demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer service is required.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
