Role & Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized beauty consultations and product recommendations tailored to individual client needs
• Demonstrate comprehensive product knowledge and educate clients on beauty trends, techniques, and skincare solutions
• Stay current with emerging beauty products, innovative techniques, and market trends to provide relevant and timely advice
• Drive sales results and exceed key performance indicators while maintaining ethical, client-centric practices
• Support inventory management, product merchandising, and maintain a clean, welcoming store environment
• Foster an inclusive, collaborative team culture and promote a sense of belonging among colleagues and clients
• Uphold Sephora standards, company policies, and create a safe, secure shopping experience for all visitors

Qualifications

• Proven ability to provide excellent service and develop strong client relationships in retail, hospitality, or client-focused settings
• Demonstrated passion for beauty, cosmetics, and empowering client confidence
• Excellent verbal and written communication with strong interpersonal abilities
• Team player thriving in collaborative, goal-oriented, and inclusive environments
• Quick learner capable of absorbing and sharing product knowledge effectively
• Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly

Skills

Experience

Entry-level or beginner-level retail experience preferred; previous experience in beauty retail, hospitality, or client-facing roles is advantageous but not mandatory for passionate candidates demonstrating strong service orientation.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent preferred; ongoing beauty industry training and product certification opportunities available on the job.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 18 to USD 20.50 per hour.
