Sephora seeks a Part-Time Beauty Advisor in Charlotte, NC — $18–$20.50/hr; deliver personalized consultations and retail beauty expertise.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver personalized consultations and product recommendations that address individual client needs and preferences.
  • Provide product demonstrations and share expert knowledge to educate and empower clients in their beauty routines.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of beauty trends, new product launches and application techniques to ensure relevant advice.
  • Drive sales and meet key performance indicators through proactive client engagement and clienteling.
  • Support merchandising, inventory accuracy and visual presentation to ensure a clean, organized and inviting sales floor.
  • Adhere to company standards, policies and loss-prevention procedures while fostering an inclusive and collaborative store culture.

Qualifications

  • Customer-focused with demonstrated ability to deliver excellent service and build rapport in retail, hospitality or client-facing roles.
  • Passion for beauty products, trends and educating clients.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; team-oriented approach.
  • Availability for retail peak hours, including nights, weekends and holidays; reliable attendance and punctuality.
  • Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Experience
