Sephora China — Beauty Advisor in Changzhou, Jiangsu. Full-time retail role delivering beauty consultations, sales and daily store operations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver professional makeup, skincare and fragrance consultations aligned with Sephora’s service standards to maximize customer satisfaction.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets and contribute to key performance indicators through proactive selling and clienteling.
- Complete daily store operations as assigned by store management, including cashiering, executing promotions and adhering to CRM policies.
- Manage product displays and visual standards within assigned areas, ensuring shelves, testers and presentation meet Sephora merchandising guidelines.
- Perform stock duties: receiving, returns, cycle counts, FIFO control and maintaining storeroom 5S to ensure inventory accuracy and reduce shrinkage.
- Participate in required training and product education, share knowledge with colleagues and develop a personal growth plan in coordination with store leadership.
- Escalate merchandising, hygiene or product concerns to management and support ad hoc tasks delegated by the store management team.

Skills
Experience

High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or certification in cosmetics, beauty therapy or retail is advantageous.
Workplace
The successful candidate will be located in Changzhou, Jiangsu, China, with easy access to Shanghai.
