Sephora is hiring a Beauty Advisor in Changzhou, Jiangsu — full-time role providing makeup, skincare and fragrance consultations to deliver sales and customer service excellence.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver professional makeup, skincare and fragrance consultations in line with Sephora’s service standards, ensuring a superior customer experience.
  • Greet and assist customers according to brand appearance standards; assess needs and recommend appropriate products to drive conversion and basket value.
  • Achieve individual and store sales targets and KPIs through proactive client engagement and upselling.
  • Participate in onboarding, complete mandatory brand and product training, share learning with peers and contribute to individual development plans.
  • Prepare and maintain visual merchandising within assigned areas, replenish products, and ensure presentation meets Sephora visual standards.
  • Operate the cash register and follow cashiering SOPs, accurately process transactions and promotions, and support store cash-security procedures.
  • Execute stock management tasks including receipts, returns and inventory counts; apply FIFO and near‑expiry controls and maintain warehouse 5S.
  • Support store operations and perform ad-hoc duties assigned by store management while complying with company policies and hygiene rules.

  • Demonstrated enthusiasm for cosmetics, skincare and the beauty industry.
  • Willingness to learn, complete training programs and maintain up-to-date product knowledge.

Experience
